To prove how good our software and hosted service is we will not ask you to pay anything for the first month, if at the end of that month you do not wish to continue with us you can just walk away without owing us anything. You are not contracted to us for any period of time, you can use our service as permanent or short term. If you want to start with a hosted service to get you up and running then install the software on your own servers at a later date, that too is fine. Our service is as flexible as our solutions.

Licensing
Our license prices are based on the number of active users, the number of individual people who can log in and use the system at any time and priced on a sliding scale. We do not restrict the number of consecutive users as this would be counterproductive. When someone wants to use the system it is imperative they can gain access at that point otherwise they may forget or not have time later on. You can make users inactive at anytime to free up a seat. We do not charge more for Manager or Administrator level users, a user is anyone who can log in.
