Symbiant Risk Suite SAAS
Our SAAS option will have you up and running in hours with your own licensed copy of Symbiant Risk Suite on our secure internet server. All the technical issues are taken care of by us, we set your site up and then send you your access details. You can then login and add further users and customise Risk Suite to your requirements. Our hosted sites are backed up daily with a 30 day offsite history, which means we can restore your site if required, to any day in the past 30 days.
Built In Show Me Help
Our integrated context sensitive help system has show me training videos to train you how to use Risk Suite. All you need to do is click the help button whilst in the section you need help on and the help page will give you a link to the show me video for that section. Administrator and Managers have different videos to users because administrator users have extra options.
Requirements
All you and other users will need to access your site is a web browser and an internet connection and of course a valid username and password.
Only £1.00 for one month
When you apply for your site you will need a credit card, we will take a £1.00 payment to cover your first month then in 30 days time the agreed monthly fee based upon your selected option of users (when you select continue below you can choose a price plan). There are no set up fees or extra fees. You just pay a fixed monthly payment. If you do not have a credit card or wish to arrange an alternative payment method please contact us.
Cancelation
The payment system we use is Worldpay FuturePay which will take an agreed monthly payment from your card until cancelled. You can cancel this agreement by contacting us and supply either your site or account details which will be emailed to you when you set up your site. In the first month you can cancel at any time, thereafter it is 30 days notice.
