The module pulls data from the risk registers, controls, incidents, questionnaires, and the audit universe. To explain how this works, let’s first look at the Audit Universe.
This is where you list the things you audit, such as assets and entities. All of the details that are relevant to the entity are captured. If required, you can add a risk score. You can then link the risks that are relevant to the asset. Then when you create an audit report, you select the relevant audit entity.

When you link the audit report to a working paper, the entity details are pulled in. Any risks that are linked to the entity are automatically imported, including their current risk score. Any controls linked to the risks are also attached to the paper and any incidents that have been connected to those risks. You can view the details of any of these linked items by clicking on them.
They can also be included in any of the working paper reports because the system automatically collects the relevant data that connects to the audit entity.
